Snow removal on a 2 family home
Ive heard that on two family homes the tenants are responsible for their own snow removal. The home im referring to is in Massachusetts. Can anyone shed some light on this.

@Michael Raposo instead of asking a bunch of strangers that have no experience in your city, you should contact the city and ask them. The responsibility is typically on the occupants but cities have different rules so you need to know exactly what your city requires.
