I know it's not considered a great place for vacationing but I have ties to the area and know a lot about it. A friend of mine has multiple rental condos in Snowshoe. I was wondering if anyone here has tried this in AC.

@Mark Cruse I have a rental property in Brigantine which is a 5 min drive from AC. I'm currently kicking the tires on some AC properties but haven't decided yet if I want to invest in AC. RE taxes are high, most neighborhoods are rough, just not sure yet if there is enough demand for STR's.
