Subletting a Rented House
I am looking to get some honest feedback about an idea.
I found a 4 bed house is an area that is known for students rentals. The property is being offered for$1600 monthly all-inclusive. Would it be possible to sublet the rooms individually to students for $500, netting $400 a month.
Do you think this is a good, or bad idea?
Thanks in advance.

Don't. Just house-hack your own 4 unit after you save for the down payment. Sneaking into a sublet isn't cool at all, and no way to start investing in real estate.
