Schizophrenic Previous Tenant Harrassing Me

This is kind of a long story so I will just shorten it tremendously.

My previous tenant (also my first real tenant, besides the previous owners of my multi-family home), was schizophrenic. She thought that my wife and I were going into her apartment and replacing things such as outlets, wiring, pipes, etc.; painting things such as windowsills; and somehow "hacking" into her personal documents such as her email, and I quote "stealing and replacing receipts to look exactly as they were before but with more items on the receipt that I didn't buy". She would message me profound language attacking me with these accusations until I told her that I would not tolerate it and that I was her landlord and she could not speak to me that way, and from that point on she was to treat me with respect as her landlord.

A month went by, and I hadn't heard anything from her, she just went about her craziness without bothering me. Then all of a sudden she up and moved out of the apartment, and when I caught her in the act and asked her what was going on, she continued to throw more accusations at me and said "I think you and your friend have gotten enough of my things". This was good but bad; good that I wouldn't have to deal with her anymore but bad because I took a loss on rent and had to clean off the walls from her writing and clean and repaint the apartment from her smoking in it. The form I has her sign stated that I was keeping her security deposit in lack of the missed rent from her moving out with no notice as well as a few other checklist things and told her that I'd she signed it she was leaving on a clean slate and the apartment was hers until the 31st still (it was about 5 days left) since she had paid rent for January.

Now, after I have finally found a new tenant and they have signed a lease with me, my previous tenant has contacted me all of a sudden with a photo or random things "forget something?" And also a long text message with descriptions of sociopathic behaviours. I do not want her ever contacting me again but I do not know how to proceed with that without doing something wrong, but I also fear that she will try some type of retaliation against me, my family, or my property, or maybe even try intervening with my new tenant. As this is not a request for advice since I cannot actually ask for it, i just wanted to express my situation and inquire if anyone else has had these issues before or if anyone has comments to add to this.

Well I'd file a police report to have it on file. 

In case she comes back and damages any thing, ect 

Record everything. Make sure you have screen shots, copies, ect

And then I'd block her number.
