Evicting Section 8 to LIVE or SELL Unit in NJ?

Reading Section 8 tenant law (Hudson County, NJ) it seems my only short-term eviction recourse is if the tenant does something egregious.  Can I kick them out if I want to spruce up the place to sell or live in it myself?  Advanced thanks.

They should have a FAQ for each state here on the site! Read this NJ pamphlet. All leases go mtm automatically upon expiration. See page 31 of the booklet to be happy. I don't believe S8 changes it.

L. (2) AN OWNER OF THREE (3) OR FEWER CONDOMINIUM OR COOPERATIVE UNITS WANTS TO PERSONALLY OCCUPY THE UNIT OR HAS SOLD IT TO A BUYER WHO WISHES TO PERSONALLY OCCUPY IT.
