Newbie landlords are ruining rental prices

There are many uneducated people in my area where I rent homes out dropping prices and giving things away for free. This all started about two months ago. Things like cutting the price of a rental 200 under market and paying all the utilities. Also some are offering no credit checks, one or two months free plus pets and section 8.

I had a good thing going but I'm finding it harder to rent my properties out, any suggestions?

You would think that lower prices by some will be quickly rented and then market demand will bring prices back to where they should be.

If there is too much supply, rentals available, then prices will go down, is it possible you are experiencing a change in your market due to an increase in supply? Time will tell.
