Looking to get into a property management software and wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions on which one to use. we currently manage 24 units and have been using excel and quickbooks. Does anyone know of a better solution

I have a lot of success with AppFolio for property management. We manage 28 single family homes and 6 HOAs with over 1000 doors and it allows for me to keep them all moving smoothly.
