Corporate Rentals for SFR

I am a new rental property investor and new to BP. I was looking to see if anyone has experience in corporate rentals. Corporate rentals being define as companies that place corporate employees in SFR. Traveling nurses ect. Not quite sure where to start so I figured BP would be a good place. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
