I was having a discussion about home warranty programs with a realtor friend. The landlord would pay for the home warranty and if something breaks the tenant would be responsible for paying the deductible.  Does anyone have any experience with this type of arrangement.

I am a new rental property investor and new to BP. I was looking to see if anyone has experience in corporate rentals. Corporate rentals being define as companies that place corporate employees in SFR. Traveling nurses ect. Not quite sure where to start so I figured BP would be a good place. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
