Recommendations for the best property management software to use for small to medium size investor.  I currently have 4 buildings with 8 total units between the buildings.

Hi John,

TenantCloud might work for you. They offer multiple cool features, and what's more important, most of them are for free. I just love how maintenance requests are organized there.
