Lease renewal New Jersey

Hey everyone, I’m about to renew a tenants lease and change it to month to month. Usually my realtor handles all the leases but I’d rather just have him sign a single page extension showing the changes. Would this be a legally binding contract writing it myself?

Once lease ends and no new lease is created  the original lease converts to a month to month lease but I would think it is alright.
