Changes to month to month lease Q.

My tenants moved in last month on  a monthly basis , paid rent and security. 

Today the rent is due but tenant did not pay yet via Cozy 

When texted to remind her she said she had 10 days to pay . 

My copy says 5 days , but I’d really 

like to change it to no days . 

How to I send new lease which states new due date?  If I send it 

certified they mail not go to post  office to pick up .
