Wood patio - Slippery when wet - Potential issue?

Hi All,

a place i am looking at has a small wood patio and some wood stairs to access the garden.

It felt slippery when wet.

Anything i should be careful of ? Should I put a small sign ? Put some of the black anti-slippery treads ?

Thanks,

Charles
