Looking for a stackable washer/dryer

BP,

After 2.5 years of studying all things REI through this wonderful website and searching high and low....my wife and I finally purchased and will owner occupy a two family property and can not be more excited. We would like to put in a stackable washer/dryer in our unit. Does anyone have recommendations on a good, durable unit? I want to purchase a unit as if it was for one of my rental units because the plan is to eventually move out and have a tenant move into our unit and I want a washer and dryer that will stand up to the wear and tear of future tenants.

Buy cheap used units on Craigslist.  I buy units for $100 each (so $200) for the set and rent them out for $25/month extra.  After 8 months they pay for themselves.  If anything significant breaks on them, I trash it and bring in another $100 unit.
