Currently closing on first Triplex this week thinking I should get a PM since I do live out of the country, would it be a good idea to get one? And do you have any good suggestions for one?

FYI, Nevada law requires that you have someone within 60 miles of the property, that tenants can call in case of emergency or for repairs etc. This does not mean your party buddy or your cousin's wife's sister who may or may not answer the phone when needed.

The worst problems I see in rentals, with the worst tenants and most expensive damages, are with out of state landlords trying to DIY it. A thing might be possible, and it might seem cheaper, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good idea.
