Recommended eviction process

I have property in Chicago, Illinois.

My tenant’s one year lease expired on November 30, 2018. The lease was not renewed. They have not moved nor have they paid December’s rent. How do t proceed with an eviction?

Time to contact an attorney. Due to the fact it's Chicago and winter you will not be evicting them any time soon. 

Might be faster to pay them to leave
