Property management agreement and attorney fee for eviction
Hello,
My property is managed by Property management company. The PM agreement specifies the fee for eviction:
Eviction fee-$350.00 To file eviction and reclaim possession of the unit. This includes court filing, and court appearance.
After eviction I saw that I was charged $520 attorney fee. My PM said that the attorney handled the eviction, so it is not property managers fee that was described in the agreement, so I am responsible for it. Is it legal?
There is no any mentions of any attorney fees in the PM agreement.
Am I responsible for anything above $350?
Thanks,
Alex

I have a hard time understanding how a property manager can pass an eviction fee onto an owner when the PM was the one responsible for filling the unit. I pay any fee associated with the eviction process and it hurts when I have to pay it, hence why we're careful with who we select in the units.
