Inspection Apps: Move in/out, semi annual

Hey all,

I'm new at the rental game and need to put some good systems in place. Right now I'm focusing on good inspection habits. I need to come up with Move In/Out and semi annual inspection checklists. Before I reinvent the wheel I thought I would ask the BP community. I see there are many downloadable forms online but I am interested in paperless options. I searched the Google app store and see some there but can't really get a feel for which are good or not. Does anyone use any low cost or free apps for inspection? If you only use paper I'll take those suggestions too.
