Vetting Commercial Tenant
Hi BP community:
I have an existing tenant with a NNN lease on a small diner/restaurant. The existing tenant has been there for 5 years. He want to sell his business at this time. He has asked me what I require to vet the new prospective tenant who is going to take over an run the same business. What are should I ask for to vet the new tenant? How do I ensure what they provide me is legitimate?
Thanks.
Peter.
