Has anyone had issues with Zillow Rental Manager? Support, etc.

I've had a rental listing on Zillow become inactive a couple of times within a week. I've changed my password, but can't see how anyone would have it in the first place. Has anyone else had their listings mysteriously deactivated on Zillow Rental Manager? I've put in tickets in the past regarding changes to listings that have gone unanswered.

Well I put in another ticket. We'll see if they respond to this one. I see they have two-factor authentication for applications and payments. Having the same to change the status of listings or modify anything would just make too much sense..

@Wilson Churchill I have had issues where they inactivated my listing, but only on Zillow -- it stayed up just fine on Trulia and Hotpads. The support ticket process worked within 24 hours. It happened to me twice, although it could have been an issue with my company's and MLS syndication -- next time I'm just going to forgo the MLS and my company listing service and just put the listings up individually on all the rental sites. They did respond and handle it as I asked within a day. Just use the ticket system and explain what the problem is.

I had a similar issue with a rental in a multi-unit building. I didn't wish to reveal the actual unit for rent, so I listed it as 123 Main Street and everything seemed fine, but the Zillow listing went inactive the next day. Unfortunately, there is another unit in the building that is for sale and their clueless realtor did not list the unit number, but also put 123 Main Street. Without knowing the unit numbers, I think Zillow had a problem with thinking that a single unit was both being for sale and for rent and it made my rental listing inactive.

You get what you paid for. Many people have issues with Z but not other rental sites. One can put it on MLS with syndication to other sites seem to stay until listing is off the market.

No response from Support yet. It shows activity on the request as of 8 hours ago, but nothing that I can see.

I have had issues with a free address not showing up as “for rent” when access by address.  I sent two requests for help and no response.  Second one not all pictures were showing on Zillow but were on trulia and hotpads.  I am close to trying another platform.
