Solar farms popping up across the country - Renewable Energy

Renewable energy is undoubtedly going to be a massive industry and it needs real estate to thrive. Thus I have been focused on land acquisitions for solar farm projects across the country. I did not want to miss out on the renewable energy rush as we convert from fossil fuels to renewables.

Has anyone on BiggerPockets noticed solar farms being developed in their area? Has anyone brokered a deal for solar land lease or purchase? Are there any questions that you have about solar farms?  Are there other types of renewable energy / real estate opportunities?
