Does anyone provide a pathway to homeownership?
I’ve been very fortunate with tenants. I thought it may be a good strategy to provide new and old tenants a plan on how to save for homeownership. If they would pay an extra $50/$100 in rent we could set up an account so that in the future they could use it to buy the house they were renting or some other deal. Does anyone do this? I don’t want to be forced to sell my rental as in a lease option deal. Is there another pathway to homeownership to offer tenants?
