That one moldy bathroom...

so I just looked  a duplex in a nice upcoming town close to where I currently live, it is priced to sell but the only real problem with it is the fact that one of the bathrooms has what appears to be mold on the ceiling and a few parts of the wall. so is this a project that I should take on my self or is this something to be dealt with by the pros.
