TAR 2507 Protecting Your Home from Mold

I am wondering if anyone has a copy of this form the TAR 2507 Protecting Your Home from Mold or a link to it

Aside from insurance which there are not that many good options from what I have seen what other protections aside from testing prior to move in.  Should I do an annual air test etc?

What are some of the things you guys do to protect yourself from a mold lawsuit?
