Security system during rehab / prior to renting

Does anyone have suggestions for the best security system to use during rehab and prior to renting?  I know some of the newest ones work off of wifi, which is great, but we don't have wifi set up at this single family home since we're just spending about 6 weeks getting it ready for renters.  Thanks in advance!

Amazon sells fake cameras. You put a battery in them and there is a blinking light plus it comes with a sign stating that there are surveillance cameras.
