Rental house ban by HOA
I own a rental house in the neighborhood where they recently put it to vote and banned new rentals. Current renters are grandfathered in, but any new renters will not be allowed. This seems illegal to me.
Any thoughts?

Unfortunately the HOA can make their own rules. It usually take a mojority of the neighborhood to vote in a change to the C&R. They want to protect the value of their homes but not allowing the neighborhood to turn into a "rental neighborhood". I get it. You are lucky that they grandfathered you.
