Refinancing - BRRRR Method

Hi, the last post I could find on this topic is from about 5 years ago, so here we go...

We bought our first property on September, completed the rehab in October and our first tenant is moving in next Monday in a 12-months lease. We used Lending Home to acquire the property under our LLC. Is there anyone with experience using the BRRRR method that could recommend a lender to refinance? Any additional advise is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Since it’s under an LLC, you’ll be looking at commercial or portfolio loans. Conventional 30yr mortgages won’t apply to an LLC owned property. The good news is you don’t have to worry about seasoning requirements! I’d start asking around at your local banks for portfolio loans. (And sorry I don’t have any specific recommendations)
