Hi, the last post I could find on this topic is from about 5 years ago, so here we go...

We bought our first property on September, completed the rehab in October and our first tenant is moving in next Monday in a 12-months lease. We used Lending Home to acquire the property under our LLC. Is there anyone with experience using the BRRRR method that could recommend a lender to refinance? Any additional advise is welcome. Thanks in advance.

Thanks everyone for the prompt feedback. It seems like we all agree that with that many animals is not a matter of whether or not there would be damage, but how much damage. We would need a ridiculous list of requirements to be ok with these many animals, and still might not be at peace thinking ok the possible amount of damages that they would leave behind.

We will pass and wait for the right tenant. Next!!

We just put our first property for rent: 2,800 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fenced yard, quiet neighbor in Smithfield, NC. We closed on 9/5, renovations are almost done, and we are eager to generate revenue. The property manager asked if we were ok with a veterinarian applicant who is bringing 5 small dogs, 1 regular size poodle and 5 chickens. Would you rent to a tenant with so many animals?
