Multi Family Unit with a Trailer on property

Hey BP, I am an agent in Houston, TX and work with a few investors. One location that may fit for a client that is looking for easy rentals. It has 2 framed houses on the lot plus a trailer. It is in a blue collar area and mainly people coming out of town to rent trailers while they work in the plants for couple years (Texas City, TX). Does anyone have any experience with trailer's or even this type of area? I'm just looking for anything to look for or know prior before I tell my client more about it. Thanks!

Not sure what county this is in. Keep in mind if it's Galveston County that any new trailers have to be certified for Windstorm 2. This means that they are more expensive to replace.
