Parking lot snow removal policy?

I've rented parking spots in my small lot for decades, but always informally to tenants and neighbors. A new upscale neighbor wants a lease, and I realize I actually have no idea what "real" surface parking lots do about snow. I blow the driveway clear, coming as close to the parallel parked cars as a dare, and get between the cars if I can, leaving them to dig themselves out the rest. Does this sound reasonable? Does anyone know of different policies, do some lots actually dig you out or is that always on you?
