Let current tenant show home to potential tenants?

I am considering asking my tenant to show the home once during the week for me.

I am only considering it because I am working 65hrs a week + (variable off times), fam things on the weekend, traffic ( I am currently 30miles away), and I trust him.

What are your thoughts on this?

You can't filter someone else!
I don't even want current tenants to open their mouths in front of perspective tenants let alone run the show!!!!
