Rent Prep vs Zillow for application and credit checks

Which do you prefer?  I have been happy with the smart move $35  level of Rent prep because it is full credit report and easy for tenant to pay.  The down side is tenant can't fill out application online.  Have not used Zillow yet but it seems like application would be online.  Thanks for you input,  John

@John McCullough I have been using Residentresearch.com fro years. I have recently started using the Zillow application and background check and love it.

I send people to Zillow and they pay $29 to apply. I even ran both on same tenant to start with to verify Zillow was finding everything and it looked very thorough.
