Where can I find a lease template, either on BP or elsewhere?

Hi everyone! I'm sure this has been talked about extensively, but is there a good template somewhere on BP that has a lease template? Or better yet, a solid and well defined legally sound lease that has Minneapolis Metro,  Minnesota specific terms in it? Thanks - Johnny

As mentioned - BP gives you an "attorney reviewed" lease as a member benefit.  I personally don't use it and would recommend you talk to @Brad Schaeppi or talk to @Tim Swierczek.
