Do you allow shorter term rentals?

I'm getting bombarded by the local sports team for 7 to 8 month rentals. Since they come to play and then leave after season. Oh and they all have wives. Some with kids. So I assume they will be more responsible. 

These are brand new condos I'm  renting. Should I allow it? How much of a rent increase?
