How to get a loan with little income

I am currently a student in college, but I wanted to start my path in real estate early. Is there a way to get a loan to buy a house when you have no income at this time? I’m planning to house-hack a duplex. Live in it and rent it to pay the mortgage, but I assume I won’t be qualified because I have no income. What loans are available, if any? And what steps do I need to take? Thanks!
