@Dan Barli I have not yet, it’s a deal on a house from a close friend that I know I will be able to purchase in May, 2019. I haven’t talked to one yet, but that will be my next step.
I’m a beginner in the real estate world, freshly out of college, so I don’t have a job history. I was wondering if when applying for an FHA loan, can your co-signer take care of the job history requirement?
I am currently a student in college, but I wanted to start my path in real estate early. Is there a way to get a loan to buy a house when you have no income at this time? I’m planning to house-hack a duplex. Live in it and rent it to pay the mortgage, but I assume I won’t be qualified because I have no income. What loans are available, if any? And what steps do I need to take? Thanks!
