Managing Properties Out of State

Posted
I have a few rental properties in the Denver area. They are all single family homes. I am planning on moving to the west coast, but not really sure how I should manage my properties in Denver. I am not opposed to a third party company coming to manage them for me, but I want to be as frugal as I can because this is the end of my second year of being a landlord. I’m still new and learning, but I need to go west to take care of my elderly parents. Any advice/suggestions would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
