Can I choose multiple property management companies instead of 1?

HI Guys,

I was thinking of renting out my condo rather than sell it. There is tons of property management companies in my area. Rather than choose 1 and hope they find a renter could I approach all of them and first one who finds me a qualified tenant gets the deal? Not sure if thats right to do or not? Thanks so much for the help
