Cash Flow in OKC area?

Hello everyone,

Very new here. I am currently in the US Air Force and I am stationed in Germany. I was wondering if anyone had any information on how to use the VA loan to my advantage on a multi family home for when I moved back to the states? Preferably in the OKC area around Tinker AFB ( if that is even a good market to invest in) I know the OKC area is a relatively cheap area to live in but what I don't know is if it is a good cash flow market.

Thanks to anyone who responds. It is my first post so I'm just trying to get familiar with things!

OKC and the Midwest City markets are both great areas to invest in if you are diligent. Both markets are really hot right now, so we have a lot of people paying ARV for investment properties. You can get some solid cash flow with single family properties. Good deals on multifamily properties are a little harder to find in the OKC area, but especially in Midwest City. There aren't a ton of multifamily properties to begin with, so when they do hit the market they are selling at a premium. Because of the house hacking strategy, cash flow shouldn't be an issue but just know that they won't have quite the same return as the single family houses in the area.
