For those in the OKC area do you suggest buying in LLC, a Trust or just buying in your own name? Or buying in name and transfering to LLC down the road?

@Dylan B. Hey thanks Dylan! If I were to start buying up rentals now being out of country would you just suggest turnkey right now until I get back or would you suggest to find some reliable people to work with (prop mngmt, contractors..)

Hello everyone,

Very new here. I am currently in the US Air Force and I am stationed in Germany. I was wondering if anyone had any information on how to use the VA loan to my advantage on a multi family home for when I moved back to the states? Preferably in the OKC area around Tinker AFB ( if that is even a good market to invest in) I know the OKC area is a relatively cheap area to live in but what I don't know is if it is a good cash flow market.

Thanks to anyone who responds. It is my first post so I'm just trying to get familiar with things!
