Increasing sec.deposit to par w/rent
I own rent contolled multi-unit in Los Angeles and increase rent yearly per RSO, but sec.deposits have lagged behind the rent. I want to equilize sec.deposit with rent. Should I give separate notice along with the next rent increase notice or it can all be in one notice? Is there certain language I need to include?
Thank you.
