AC vent cleaning in San Diego

Hello,

My hoa in pacific beach is charging $200 for ac vent cleaning of my condo. The building is a mixed use commercial/residential with about 40 units. The condo is a 2 bedroom/2.5 bath 1200 sqft condo. This sounded like a very high price to me. Anyone have any recommendations for AC/Vent cleaning? Is this price reasonable?
