Hello all newbie here starting in the real estate game. My partner and I just recently sold a property we flipped and now we are closing on our first multifamily home in Sacramento, ca in the next week or so. Looking to buy and hold more in the near future utilizing the Brrrr strategy. Open to networking and building relationships.
