What happens to the appliances?

Hi there ! We are process of buying a rental property with an existing tenant lease active through next year. Some of the appliances in the property are owned by the previous owners and the tentant lease agreement does not specifically state anything regarding the appliances. When the sale is finalized, will the previous owners have to take their appliances out and we will need to put in new appliances OR would the appliances have to stay in the house at least till the end of the tentant lease agreement?
