There’s a pool! - Good or Bad news?

Hey BP. Looking around at houses and I found a great deal, but it has a pool. Wanted to get y’all’s input on this- sounds like it would help get renters, but insurance and upkeep of the pool sounds expensive and tedious. Thanks!

Keep in mind, filling them in isn’t exactly the science of building rockets... worth investigating requirements in your area for decommissioning maybe. My area is simple.
