Can a renter add contingencies in a lease to allow them to break

Can a renter add contingencies in a lease to allow them to break a lease early? For example, as a renter, could I tell the landlord to add a contingency in the lease that allows me to break the lease with 30-day notice if the room is too loud, if the roommates and I are not compatible with each other, or of any other reason?

You can ask for what ever you want and they may/may not agree to put it in the lease, then YES...... but as a landlord as soon as I see a prospective tenant trying to modify the lease, with a bunch of unusual "clauses", that's a big red flag for me , and unless I'm desparate, I'm moving on to the next tenant
