Renting MFR to C/D class
Hi colleagues
I have not ventured into MFR so far and I am a bit hesitant to get into MFR primarily because of unknown associated with class c/d neighborhood.
I don’t have capital to get in class A/b and as such I am not sure if I should venture in such C/D neighborhoods when it comes to rental.
I am sure many of you have had similar issues, wanted to get your thoughts if I should avoid getting into this business as it’s not my strength and focus on accumulating enough capital for class b MFR in California or elsewhere.
Please advise
Thanks in advance
Nathan
