Rental Agreements and Applications

Purchasing my first duplex in South Jersey and am looking for advice as to how to get rental agreements and applications written up and reviewed? Is it worth it to get an attorney to do this or is it fine to write one up myself? I researched and reached out to attorneys in the area and their prices per document or per hour varies widely. How do I know if I am getting the best work for my money? Thank you!
