How much money do you have?

Is that an appropriate question on a rental application? What are the best questions you ask on an application?

(I have a couple of solid templates, but looking for commentary or anything you want to share that gets the best information about of prospective residents)

I would recommend a program like www.mysmartmove.com. It did wonders for helping me find a great qualified tenant for my property with little to no work on my part and you can pay for the report or set it up for the tenant to pay for their own report.
