What's your favorite book on rental property investing?
Hello,
I'm a huge audible fan - as I have a long commute to my office (1 hr 20 mins), so I'm looking for some great real estate investing book suggestions.
So far, I've read
1. Investing in real estate with no (and low) money down by Brandon Turner
2. The book on rental property investing by Brandon Turner
3. Build a rental property empire by Mark Ferguson (read twice)
4. The real book of real estate by Robert Kiyosaki (just started)
If you have some favorite rental property or any real estate investing book suggestions for newbies -perhaps ones that helped you significantly when you were just starting out - I would really appreciate the recommendations!
Thanks so much!

@Dr. Jordan E Smith My absolute favorite is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki .
@John Underwood I've read it! It is amazing. I've read most of his books and that's really how I started becoming interested in real estate.
Thank you!

@Dr. Jordan E Smith with a 1 hour 20 minute commute I can definitely see why you’re interested in Real Estate.
Will Gaston lol I enjoy the drive. I’ve learned so much that has directly changed my life from audiobooks because of the drive. Including real estate :) but yeah occasionally if I’m sleepy it can seem longer
@Dr. Jordan E Smith several of the good books have been covered so I’ll recommend the BP podcast if you’re driving.
I’ve probably learned more from those than any of these books. Tons of real, actionable advice on there.
@Will Gaston I'm actually listening to it for the first time right now. It's awesome. Thanks a bunch.
From a deal generation standpoint, @Anson Young's book on Finding and Funding deals is awesome. Not much gets left out of it with regards to the different methods of getting deals.
Kiyosaki is a fraud and scammer. I wouldn’t trust anything he publishes. Reading Rich Dad Poor Dad kept me out of real estate for years because it was such obvious trash and nonsense, and so many people acted like is was real.
Yes. I agree @Jeremy England I just started that book (Finding and funding great deals by Anson Young) and refuse to put it down. I am half-way through it. Considering getting the physical book for reference.
